What does your average day look like?
The funny thing about working here is there is no typical day; one day I can be working on a winery, the next day I’m working on code analysis of a 100-year-old building, the next I’m designing an office/shop space for a client. It is always changing and always challenging me to keep on my toes and continue growing.

What is your favorite part about working for Wave?
I think what I enjoy most here at Wave is getting to work on such a variety of different project types rather than only one type of project day in and day out. Our varied portfolio means we’re constantly doing different things and learning new things. This ultimately makes us all more well-rounded design professionals and more capable to provide a great product to our clients.

How would you describe yourself in 3 words?
Listener, dedicated & adaptable.

What does your average day look like?
My day starts at 7 am. I start my day by managing my active projects and checking and responding to emails. I then, communicate with my design team to ensure that their priorities are in-line with the schedule and budget. I then start work on my active projects which involve designing various types of mechanical systems. The type of mechanical systems I design is typically HVAC systems, refrigeration, plumbing and drainage systems, and process pumping and piping systems. Typically, I perform calculations to determine the required size of the equipment, and with the help of the Mechanical Designers create drawings/plans for the installation of the mechanical systems.

What is your favorite part about working for Wave?
The Wave employees are a hardworking team, but also take the time to have fun and get together to celebrate our successes.

How would you describe yourself in 3 words?
Friendly, dedicated, & dependable.
